Accessible Customer Service Policy and Procedures

We Healthcare will provide Healthcare reports within the stipulated time specified in the service plan which you subscribe to. All turnaround time is calculated from the time of the final image being uploaded onto our server or complete clinical priors and relevant information is provided, whichever is later. Each client will be given complete viewing access up to 30 days from date of upload to all studies uploaded through client’s account.

Reports are uploaded to the We Healthcare secure reporting portal, and clients are given viewing access for a period of 30 days after the report is finalized. Reports may occasionally be subject to delay.

We Healthcare will provide an electronically signed report to the client, and liability arising from that report must be settled between the reporting radiologist and the client.
